YW1412 Olympic Bar
The Olympic barbell bar is used for training the biceps and triceps with or without a weight bench. When you're training, the gripping area offers multiple angles for isolating different heads of the biceps and triceps. Use a narrow grip to train the outer head of the tricep and a wide grip with the elbows in for training the inner head.
Use a flat utility bench to perform tricep extensions, to get an intense tricep burn. There is a pair of chrome collars to keep weight plates snug during exercise.
